Specific Business Benefits:

The proposed website will enable administrative staff to efficiently collect and manage personnel records by having a separate account for personnel records handling. 

The website will also allow employees to upload and access their needed documents anytime, anywhere by having an individual account secured with a password to choose files needed and upload them to the website directly. Files are to be managed in a NoSQL server or a cloud database for storage and retrieval.
